This is the most complicated cake I have ever done...it was a lot of work, but a lot of fun, too! For this Billy Joel-loving 18th birthday girl, I used her color scheme of red, white, and black to create a piano cake with fondant keys, piano bench, wooden floor, and miniature album covers. Of course, it's a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting!
