To celebrate the 70th birthday of someone at my church, I was asked to make both a birthday cake and some sugar cookies with the number 70 on them. I went with chocolate cake (who doesn't love chocolate?) and vanilla frosting, with some graham cracker crumbs and blue icing to jazz it up a bit. For the cookies' design, I used blue sprinkles instead of icing to write out the number, and golden sprinkles for some sparkly celebration. Dr. Peter enjoyed all of his treats, so I was glad I could help make this milestone birthday special.
