It's been a while since I have posted because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I haven't been doing as much baking as I would like, including working on my three-tiered Sweet 16 cake (my celebration has been cancelled).
However, I did just put together some cookie tins for my Head of School to include in party boxes he is sending to employees who are celebrating 25 years of service and their upcoming retirement at the end of the school year. Each tin holds six large sugar cookies, dusted with silver sanding sugar. Hopefully they will be a nice treat to accompany the bottle of champagne that is being sent as well!
