Happy Holidays with Gingerbread

With the pandemic canceling pretty much everything this year, I wasn't surprised to learn that the Hudson Valley Gingerbread Competition wasn't happening in 2020. Still, I was disappointed, as I was hoping to keep my winning streak alive with a gingerbread fairy house this year. Oh well, maybe next year!

I still wanted to make some gingerbread, though, so I made some gingerbread trees and had fun decorating them. I love the smell of gingerbread baking...it always says the holidays to me!
